Executive Health Assessment
Executive Screens are designed to review overall health and well being, helping to reveal both existing conditions and any key risk factors possibly aggravated by lifestyle or work habits.
Pre-Employment Screening
It is your legal obligation to ensure that you do not put any prospective or existing employee’s health at risk. We can check fitness prior to employment, so that you will be able to identify potential health problems. This health check will identify any health issues that may affect the prospective employees ability to do the job.
Any pre-existing health conditions at pre-employment must not be made worse or aggravated by the requirements of the job. A documented record of the state of their health on entering the company can help when countering any ill health claims subsequently made by the employee. We will also provide clear guidance under the Disability Discrimination Act.
